Online Bank Transfer deposits are processed via Open Banking, enabling you to securely authorize payments directly from your bank account without manually entering bank details.

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for making a fiat deposit via Online Bank Transfer. Before you begin, ensure you have completed Advanced KYC or Additional Verification, as these are required for fiat deposits.

Step 1: Navigate to Fiat Deposit

1) From the home screen, tap Deposit

2) Select Quick Buy/Sell

3) Switch to the Fiat Deposit tab

Step 2: Enter Deposit Details

1) Select EUR as your fiat currency

2) Enter the amount you wish to deposit

3) Choose Online Bank Transfer as your payment method

Note: The final fiat amount credited to your MEXC account will be based on the actual transferred amount.

Step 3: Add Your Bank Account

1) Under Online Bank Transfer, click "Add Account"

2) Select your bank from the list of supported banks

3) Click Continue

Important:The bank account holder's name must exactly match your KYC-verified name. Otherwise, the deposit may be rejected.

Step 4: Confirm Your Order

Review all payment and order details carefully before proceeding.

Step 5: Authorize Payment in Your Banking App

You will be redirected to your selected bank's page.

1) Log in to your bank account

2) Approve the transaction using your bank's authentication method (e.g., app confirmation, biometrics, or OTP)
